gpop5vib reads a pre-processed GPOP-format file, basename.gpo, and creates FreeWheel compatible animation files for normal mode vibrations named as basename_mNNN.output-ext where NNN is the mode number. If the second argument is omitted, a default extention, '.log', is assumed for the output file names.
