  Currently, a distribution of BEx1D including source codes and Microsoft Windows binaries is available HERE for free.   Bug-reports, suggested revisions, and evaluation reports are welcome.
Copyright and Licensing Terms
  The copyright of the software is owned by the author, except for the LAPACK and BLAS codes (see below for their credits).   BEx1D can be used for free irrespective of the purpose; scientific, educational, or commercial.   It can be redistributed according to the LGPL.   BEx1D is not a registered trademark.   The author is not liable for any damages relating to the use of this software.   The author reserves the right to change the software without prior notice.
