学生の方へ

　ここに掲載しているのは、 2000 年度夏学期に行った講義の板書用ノートです。 これだけで講義内容を理解するのには不十分ですので、自分で勉強したい方は、 [はじめに] に紹介した参考書で勉強して下さい。

　講義資料として講義中に配布している図表の多くは、 [はじめに] で紹介した参考書から借用したものですので、 著作権の関係でここに掲載することはできません。

　講義においても研究においても私の化学に対する態度は同じで、 化学結合や物性・化学反応を理解することを最も重視しています。 学生の人にとって、 無機化学は特に、「記述的」あるいは「博物学的」な化学であるという、 印象が強いのではないかと思いますが、私は 「理解できる無機化学」を教えたいと考えています。 もちろん実際に化学物質を扱う、 研究者・技術者にとって博物学的な知識はなくてはならないものですが、 それは講義ではなく、実際の経験を通して学ぶべきものだと考えています。
